Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure all structural construction and commissioning activities meet approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise daily site operations, including workforce, materials, and equipment usage.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence.
• Enforce HSSE regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Lead site inspections, testing, and verification activities for structural scope.
• Manage scope changes and ensure smooth integration into execution plans.
• Maintain accurate records including progress, HSSE, and quality reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop construction supervisors and site teams.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Strong experience in construction and commissioning, particularly within structural disciplines
• Exposure to hull/topsides, modularized facilities, or fabrication yard environments is an advantage
• FSO/FPSO-related project experience is a plus
