A reputable local authority in London is seeking to recruit a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their well-established team.
The Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer will join the London Council on an intial 3 month contract, which will then be extended on a rolling basis. Office attendance is flexible, hybrid is preferred but remote applicants will still be considered. The client is seeking a cadidate available to work full-time hours, however will consider a compressed working arrangement.
The successful candidate will be required to manage a mixed caseload of Adult Social Care matters including:
- Court of Protection (COP)
- Ordinary Residence
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS)
- Care Act
- Mental Capacity Act
