Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of significant digital transformation projects within a leading public sector consultancy, focusing on enhancing communications, collaboration, and employee engagement. This role requires managing complex projects from inception to live service while leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office in Newcastle. The contract is for six months and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex digital projects from discovery through to live service.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and governance.
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ownership.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
- Manage project change and ensure effective communication across all audiences.
