Autonomous Manufacturing Delivery Lead

Role Overview

The Autonomous Manufacturing Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a Cognite-based digital manufacturing transformation program for a Life Sciences client.

The role combines program leadership, manufacturing domain expertise, data and AI transformation, stakeholder management, and value realization to drive the adoption of autonomous operations and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing sites.

Required Experience

Industry Experience

10+ years in manufacturing transformation or digital operations.

Strong experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Devices.

Deep understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

Delivery & Leadership

Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs (£5M+).

Proven track record managing global and cross-functional delivery teams.

Strong executive stakeholder management capabilities.

Technical Expertise

Cognite Data Fusion (preferred).

Industrial Data Platforms.

Digital Twin solutions.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Industrial IoT and OT integration.

Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

AI/ML and advanced analytics use cases in manufacturing.
