Business Analyst - Finance Systems (D365/ERP Transformation)

The Role:

We're looking for a finance-focused Business Analyst to join a Digital & Data team at the heart of a major systems transformation. The core of the role: understand how finance processes work today, find where they can be improved, and shape the requirements that drive a large-scale ERP programme.

• Analyse and map finance processes - budgeting, forecasting, reporting, procurement - and identify where system enhancements or ERP solutions (D365) add value.
• Translate finance requirements into clear specifications, working with internal teams and third-party partners through design, delivery and UAT.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders to prioritise automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Advise on risk, impact and feasibility so solutions land cost-effective and fit for purpose.

You:

• A proven finance BA who has worked on large-scale ERP transformation - you understand what these programmes demand, not just the theory.
• Strong on requirements gathering, process mapping and structured BA techniques; confident turning complex finance concepts into clear documentation.
• Comfortable with senior finance stakeholders and Agile delivery, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
