Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and develop effective marketing solutions
- Execute and optimise campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop media and creative strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
- Define and oversee measurement frameworks, tracking methodologies, and performance reporting
- Identify optimisation opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
- Strong performance marketing / direct response (DR) background
- Ability to quickly understand business challenges and translate them into effective advertising solutions
- Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making and campaign performance
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative, curious, and proactive approach to problem-solving

- Experience working within retail and/or e-commerce sectors
- Agency, platform, or digital advertising consulting experience
