Summary: The Cloud IAM Support Engineer role involves supporting the Identity Access Management Team in delivering IAM services, ensuring appropriate access to resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of IAM services for access management.
- Manage identity life cycle including user account creation, modification, and removal.
- Verify user identities through authentication methods.
- Control user access through authorization processes.
- Track access and ensure compliance through governance and auditing.
- Manage BeyondTrust PRA vendor accounts onboarding/offboarding.
- Support the BeyondTrust core PAM platform.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Programming skills in C# and .NET Framework.
- Experience developing MIM Custom Rule Extensions and custom workflows.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell Scripting, SQL Server, LDAP, and XML.
- Experience with BeyondTrust PRA and PAM.
- Desirable skills in Active Directory Support and Microsoft Entra ID Administration.
- Okta Support experience.

Role Description:
As part of the Identity Access Management Team, you will be supporting the delivery of IAM services to ensure the right people (or systems) have the right access to the right resources at the right time, and for the right reasons.
It typically covers:
Identity life cycle management - creating, modifying, and removing user accounts
Authentication - verifying who someone is (eg, passwords, MFA, certificates)
Authorization - controlling what users are allowed to access
Governance & auditing - tracking access and ensuring compliance
Strong hands-on experience with:
