Contracts Manager

Summary: The Contracts Manager role at Harvey Nash involves overseeing high-value capital projects ranging from £20m to £50m over an initial 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the tendering, negotiation, and award of NEC contracts.
• Draft, review, and manage complex contractual agreements.
• Provide commercial and contractual oversight across multiple projects (typically 6-7 concurrently).
• Manage post-contract activities, including compensation events, payment forecasting, accruals, and contract compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while supporting successful project delivery.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience managing contracts on large-scale infrastructure, construction, engineering, or utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contract management.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary (Rate): £675 daily
