CRM Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced CRM marketer who enjoys combining strategy, experimentation and hands-on campaign delivery? We’re looking for a CRM Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a global digital organisation and lead customer lifecycle initiatives across key international markets. This is an opportunity to own high-impact growth programmes, shape localisation strategies and help launch new customer communication channels in some of the company’s most important markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing market-specific lifecycle marketing strategies
- Leading localisation programmes across multiple international markets
- Designing and executing experimentation roadmaps
- Building and optimising customer journeys
- Launching and expanding communication channels including SMS, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms
- Managing campaigns from concept through execution and optimisation
- Working closely with Product, Data, UX and Operations teams to deliver measurable business impact
What We’re Looking For
- Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
- Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, Adobe Campaign or similar platforms
- Experience delivering localisation or market-specific marketing strategies
- A strong testing and experimentation mindset
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency
Experience within a fast-paced technology or digital business would be highly advantageous.
