Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate member events, including VIP shopping nights, brand experiences, member raffles, and local activations.
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing teams and regional hubs to develop engaging, ROI-driven member activations.
  • Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Content teams to create compelling member communication strategies.
  • Measure activation performance by tracking membership growth, engagement, spend, and overall event ROI.

Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, Activations, PR or Communications.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, activations or customer experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple markets and teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience writing creative or activation briefs.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to hit the ground running.
  • Experience within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
