Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate member events, including VIP shopping nights, brand experiences, member raffles, and local activations.
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing teams and regional hubs to develop engaging, ROI-driven member activations.
- Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Content teams to create compelling member communication strategies.
- Measure activation performance by tracking membership growth, engagement, spend, and overall event ROI.
Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, Activations, PR or Communications.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, activations or customer experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple markets and teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience writing creative or activation briefs.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proactive, hands-on and able to hit the ground running.
- Experience within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English.
