Key Responsibilities:
- Manage automated performance reporting and ensure aligned reporting for fast and accurate information production.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a statistical or scientific discipline is desirable.
- Commercial experience in the automotive or financial service industry preferred.
- Experience in a comparable analytical environment.
- Full PC literacy, especially advanced competence in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Proven high-level analytical capabilities with large amounts of numeric data.
- Experience using Tableau Desktop/Prep/Server.
- Educational background in data science, mathematics, or economics is advantageous.
- Methodical and disciplined approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests.

Role Description:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB-
The Data Analytics & Insight Analyst is a key role within the Data Analytics & Insight team and is responsible for co-ordinating and contributing to the accurate production of reporting. The role is development focused and will support complex reporting projects for the Operation, Retail and Fleet departments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Manage automated performance reporting, standard reporting suite and ensure full end to end and aligned reporting, enabling fast and accurate information production to aid stakeholder decision making.
- Manage reporting provision in Tableau Server to ensure reporting is delivered to the appropriate audience efficiently.
- Ensure consistency into all relevant reporting
- Produce reporting and analysis to support local senior management and Headquarter requirements.
- Ensure reporting is right first time, giving confidence in use for senior stakeholders.
- Production of supplementary and ad hoc reports as defined by the Data Analytics & Insight Manager, GM of Data Analytics & Insight and other members of the Data Analytics & Insight team in accordance with specified timetables.
- Contribute to the continuous development of processes, systems and procedures to further improve efficiency and productivity of the Data Analytics & Insight reporting function.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE-
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a statistical or scientific discipline is desirable.
- Preferably have commercial experience and/or within the automotive/financial service industry
- Worked in an comparable analytical environment.
- Full PC literacy essential, including advanced competence in core MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Proven high level analytical capabilities and comfortable with large amounts of numeric data.
- Experience using Tableau Desktop/Prep/Server
- Educational background in data science, mathematics or economics would be advantageous.
