Key Responsibilities:

• Completion of the Data Model and source-to-target mapping.
• Expert in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Defining what data exists in the Legacy systems versus what will be held within SuccessFactors.
• Data transformation and automation.
• Template preparation and validation.
• Data extraction and reconciliation.
• Mock 2 execution and defect resolution.
• Production Load planning and execution.
• Data cleansing activities.
• Identification of data that will not be migrated to SuccessFactors.
• Archive and retention strategy for Legacy data.
• Legacy system decommissioning planning.
• Post-load reconciliation and business sign-off.
