Delivery Lead - Cyber Security (Contract) | Cardiff

We're supporting a large financial services organisation on their cyber security transformation, and they are looking for an experienced and technical Delivery Lead to coordinate between technical activity and strategic cyber objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic cyber initiatives including IAM, DLP, and control gap remediation into clear deliverables and prioritised work packages.
  • Manage dependencies across Cyber, IT, and Risk teams, ensuring sequencing and handoffs are optimised for delivery flow.
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers in real time, escalating effectively where required.
  • Maintain momentum and clarity across delivery teams, ensuring priorities and next steps are always well understood.
  • Apply sufficient technical and cyber knowledge to challenge plans, refine the delivery approach, and improve outcomes.

Requirements:
