Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective delivery of online products in collaboration with Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish and improve delivery flow, backlog, and workflow management for UNICEF UK's online products.
- Act as the central coordination point across Web, Digital, Marketing, Product, and external partners.
- Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and coordinate UAT readiness and sign-off processes.
- Provide visibility of delivery progress, priorities, capacity, and trade-offs.
- Lead improvements to agile ways of working and optimize delivery processes and ceremonies.
- Build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
