Essential requirements
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line support and desktop deployment projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with device imaging and build processes
- Experience enrolling devices into Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments
- Ability to carry out factory resets, device configuration, and rollout activities
- Comfortable working on-site and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to Windows Autopilot deployment processes
- Experience supporting large-scale device rollout or refresh programmes
- Basic troubleshooting of build or enrolment issues within Intune
- Understanding of endpoint management best practices
