Key Skills:

• Significant experience in design management and delivery of large-scale infrastructure or estate projects.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, frameworks, and professional service contracts.
• Experience developing technical standards, specifications, and continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and deliver quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of planning, construction, building standards, and related legislation.
• Experience establishing and monitoring design standards across complex estates (desirable).
• Knowledge of Scottish Government policies and legislation relating to the built environment (desirable).
