Key Responsibilities:
- Management of project deliverables using associated systems
- Allocating document numbers and creating placeholders
- Setting up supplier packages and conducting QA checks on deliverables
- Managing review workflows in line with project timescales
- Distributing workflow comments among clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handling hard copy submissions to site and submission of as-builds
- Interacting with the wider project team and supporting the Document Control team
- Contributing to continuous improvements and communications with external stakeholders
- Performing general office and admin duties
Key Skills:
- Minimum 6+ months' experience in Document Management
- Training in Quality Management / Configuration Control
- Strong admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex, ACC)
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a site-based (portacabin) environment

What You'll Be Doing
Involvement with of multi-projects
Management of project deliverables using the associated systems, not limited to:
- Allocating document numbers
- Creating placeholders
- Set up supplier packages
- QA checks on deliverables
- Manage review workflows in line with project timescales
- Distribute workflow comments - Client - Suppliers - Internal
- Hard copy submissions to site
- Submission of As-builds
- Interact with wider project team
- Support Document Control team
- Contribute to continuous improvements

You'll play a key role in keeping critical project documentation accurate, up-to-date, and flowing efficiently across teams. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining site documentation via SDI
- Controlling, stamping, and distributing construction drawings
- Coordinating with project teams using document management systems
- Handling incoming/outgoing documents from stakeholders
- Supporting redline markups and as-built documentation
- Performing general office and admin duties
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 6+ months' experience in Document Management
- Training in Quality Management / Configuration Control
