The Role
You’ll step in to keep the ecommerce function running at pace while the business hires a permanent team member.
From product setup through to performance reporting, you’ll take full ownership and ensure the online channel continues to trade effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across the website
- Own product uploads, merchandising, and onsite optimisation
- Monitor performance and produce regular trading reports
- Identify quick-win opportunities to improve conversion and UX
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, buying, and tech
- Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce tools, platforms, and trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hands-on Ecommerce Manager role
- Strong Shopify experience is essential
- Background in fashion (footwear experience a bonus)
- Comfortable working across the full ecommerce lifecycle
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to hit the ground running
- Up to date with current ecommerce technology and best practices
Details
Duration: 1–3 months (potential to convert to permanent)
Location: Central London - Five days a week in the office
Contract: Paid via agency payroll (PAYE)
