Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT) activities across multiple engineering projects.
- Manage engineering deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including systems, controls, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and testing functions.
- Develop and maintain EFAT schedules, resource plans, and testing strategies to support successful project execution.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in Project Engineering, Systems Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, Automation, or Project Delivery.
- Experience leading or coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), or System Integration activities.
- Strong background managing multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
