About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project EFAT Manager / Project Engineering Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT) activities across multiple engineering projects. This role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of engineering testing activities while meeting contractual, technical, quality, schedule, and budget requirements You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, project managers, manufacturing, supply chain, and testing personnel to ensure complex systems are integrated, tested, and delivered successfully. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT) activities across multiple engineering project
• Manage engineering deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirement
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including systems, controls, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and testing function
• Develop and maintain EFAT schedules, resource plans, and testing strategies to support successful project execution
• Monitor engineering progress, identify project risks, and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and technical issue
• Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and resource utilization while driving cost efficiencies and delivery performance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal engineering processes
• Act as the primary engineering focal point for internal stakeholders, customers, and testing teams throughout project execution
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available to support testing activities
• Lead project meetings, design reviews, technical reviews, and testing readiness review
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in Project Engineering, Systems Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, Automation, or Project Delivery
• Experience leading or coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), or System Integration activities
• Strong background managing multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, schedule management, and engineering resource coordination
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, technical risk management, change management, and systems integration
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience monitoring project performance and resolving technical challenges
