Summary: We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy HVDC Engineering team within a global energy and engineering organization. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are adept at providing high-level administrative and operational support. The position is primarily based in Glasgow, with some responsibilities in Birmingham, and is 100% office-based. The contract duration is for 4 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events and take meeting minutes.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination and team administration.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports and documentation.
  • Manage procurement of IT equipment, PPE and office supplies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Coordinator.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

We're recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a global energy and engineering organisation, supporting a busy HVDC Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing high-level administrative and operational support.

Location: Glasgow (90%) & Birmingham (10%) - 100% office-based

Duration: 4 months contract+extension

Mode of working: 5 Days Onsite at Glasgow
