Summary: The Finance Transformation Project Manager will oversee two significant finance initiatives, focusing on E-Invoicing and Treasury Reporting within a complex enterprise environment. This role requires a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in finance technology projects and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. The position is hybrid based in London and offers a competitive daily rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of finance-focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of an enterprise-wide e-Invoicing solution across multiple offices.
  • Develop the project blueprint and delivery approach for ongoing deployment.
  • Work closely with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
  • Navigate differing regional and office-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider SAP programme, leveraging shared resources where appropriate.
  • Support the continued rollout of the current Treasury Reporting solution.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of the next phase, including the upcoming RFP process and implementation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering finance transformation or finance technology projects.
  • Strong Project Management experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Experience working with Finance stakeholders, ideally across invoicing, treasury, reporting or financial systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, resilient and delivery-focused approach.
  • Experience within the legal sector.
  • Exposure to SAP programmes.
  • Experience managing RFP or procurement-led project phases.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced Technology & Data function, delivering two key finance transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and commercially minded Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering finance-focused technology projects and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a changing landscape.

The Role

Reporting into the Technology & Data leadership team, you'll take ownership of two high-profile finance projects:

E-Invoicing Programme

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of an enterprise-wide e-Invoicing solution across multiple offices.
  • Develop the project blueprint and delivery approach for ongoing deployment.
  • Work closely with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
  • Navigate differing regional and office-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider SAP programme, leveraging shared resources where appropriate.

Treasury Reporting

  • Support the continued rollout of the current Treasury Reporting solution.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of the next phase, including the upcoming RFP process and implementation.

Required Skills/Experience

  • We're looking for someone who can confidently drive delivery in a complex organisation and build strong relationships across both technology and finance teams.
  • Proven experience delivering finance transformation or finance technology projects.
