Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Summary: Build Space is seeking two Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors to work with a reputable Main Contractor known for its delivery in various construction sectors, including Industrial & Logistics, Sports & Leisure, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee quantity surveying tasks for construction projects.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards.
- Provide financial advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit reports on project costs and financial performance.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and financial reporting.
