HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Summary: The HCM Payroll Functional Consultant role involves managing the complete Oracle HCM Payroll processes, ensuring compliance and effective integration with HR and Finance teams. The consultant will gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure payroll elements to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, including payroll setup, earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations and enhancements.
• Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows based on business needs.
• Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful payroll integrations, reporting, and compliance.
