Summary: The HCM Payroll Functional Consultant at AmpsTek is responsible for managing the end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, ensuring compliance and effective payroll operations. This role requires extensive experience in payroll implementations and collaboration with various teams to support integrations and reporting. The position is based in London and operates on a hybrid work model. The consultant will play a key role in enhancing payroll functionalities and ensuring smooth operations post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, including payroll setup, earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows based on business needs.
  • Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful payroll integrations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Skills:

  • 15 years of experience in payroll management and Oracle HCM systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.
