Summary: The Head of IT Service Management will provide strategic leadership for IT Service Management within an ITIL-focused environment in Milton Keynes. The position requires SC clearance, although active clearance is not mandatory for consideration. The contract is for an initial duration of 6 months.

- Experience in setting up ITSM strategy and change management.
- Strong background in engaging with vendors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Eligibility for, or already SC Cleared.
