Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver long-term product strategy across multiple platform products
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery across the full life cycle
- Lead and develop a team of senior and lead product managers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery and Design leadership to ensure successful outcomes
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, providing updates and demonstrating value
- Support business case development, funding and strategic decision-making
- Ensure platforms are scalable, reliable and aligned to organisational and user needs
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Head of Product/Director of Product/Group Product Manager
- Strong background leading large-scale digital platforms (not just single products)
- Experience managing and mentoring senior product professionals
- Demonstrated success delivering products at enterprise or national scale
- Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement
- Experience with payments, fintech, or transaction-based platforms (highly desirable)
- Background in platform products (APIs, shared services, ecosystems) (highly desirable)
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments (highly desirable)
- Exposure to public sector or large-scale transformation programmes (highly desirable)
