Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and exit documentation.
  • Support offboarding activities such as final documentation, equipment returns, and system deactivation.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
  • Update organisational structures and reporting lines, including job titles and position data.
  • Run routine HR reports and assist with ad hoc data requests, plus support system testing and troubleshooting.
