Summary: The IAM Service Lead role requires an individual with SC clearance to oversee the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services in Inverness, Scotland. Key Responsibilities:
- Identity life cycle management - creating, modifying, and removing user accounts
- Authentication - verifying user identities (e.g., passwords, MFA, certificates)
- Authorization - controlling user access
- Governance & auditing - tracking access and ensuring compliance
- Create IAM Service Design, detail TOM, Lead transition KT and Shadowing
- IAM Service Leadership and Governance
- KPI-SLA tracking and reporting
- Continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management
- Risks and issues management
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Strong programming skills in C# and .NET Framework
- Experience developing MIM Custom Rule Extensions and custom workflows
- Good knowledge of PowerShell Scripting, SQL Server, LDAP, and XML
- Hybrid IAM Environment Service Leadership experience
- Deep expertise across IAM domains - IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM & PKI
- Hands-on experience with On-Prem IAM tools like Microsoft Identity Manager and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Cloud IAM tools like Microsoft Entra ID and Okta
- Hands-on experience with PAM tools like BeyondTrust

This role is based Onsite in Inverness 5 days per week
As part of the Identity Access Management Team, you will be supporting the delivery of IAM services to ensure the right people (or systems) have the right access to the right resources at the right time, and for the right reasons. It typically covers:
- Identity life cycle management - creating, modifying, and removing user accounts
- Authentication - verifying who someone is (eg, passwords, MFA, certificates)
- Authorization - controlling what users are allowed to access
- Governance & auditing - tracking access and ensuring compliance
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Strong programming skills in:

- Experience developing:
