Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve a wide range of IT systems and networks
- Managing system administration, including user accounts, permissions, and policies across platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts, devices, and hardware such as network Switches, Firewalls, and Servers.
- Manage users and devices in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network services like VPN connectivity, routing, and vLANs, while ensuring compliance with security policies. Deliver technical support via service desk, phone, and in person
- Management and support of Google Workspace Suite, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Azure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Resolving complex technical issues, including troubleshooting and fault finding across a variety of systems and hardware.
Key Skills:
- Experience in an IT Infrastructure Engineer role with a focus on the Microsoft stack
- Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge including Active Directory
- Experience setting up new users, building laptops and PCs, networking
- Experience managing system administration, including user accounts, permissions, and policies across platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and vLANs.
