Summary: Our client is seeking IT Coordinators to join the venue operations team in Glasgow. The role requires strong troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of technical priorities. The position involves working shifts from early to late, with a total of four engineers needed for the operation. The role is classified as inside IR35 with a daily shift rate of £240.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for incident reporting (G2026 OC, third parties, Event Control, SEC G2026 team)
- Logging, categorising and prioritising all incidents
- Assigning incidents to IT Event Delivery/IT Systems engineers where required
- Managing incident updates in line with SLA priorities
- Being based within the SEC Event Operations Centre to ensure central visibility to games
