Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing vendor relationships across M365 and IT services suppliers
  • Overseeing licence renewals and contract reviews within the M365 estate
  • Acting as point of contact for existing MSP/IT services vendors, holding them to SLA and commercial terms
  • Tracking budget and cost reporting for IT procurement spend
  • Liaising with IT, Finance, and department heads on procurement requirements
  • Maintaining vendor and contract records

Key Skills:

  • IT procurement or vendor management experience
  • Background within an IT Services or MSP environment
  • Strong M365 licensing knowledge from a commercial/vendor management perspective
  • Available ASAP, minimal ramp-up time
  • Comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships independently

A UK-based organisation with an established IT function, currently seeking interim cover for its procurement and vendor management activity. The business operates a mixed technology estate including Microsoft 365 and outsourced IT services support.

About the Role

Interim cover for procurement and vendor management while a permanent resource transitions. Step in with minimal handover and keep existing vendor relationships running smoothly, particularly around M365 licensing and IT services suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing vendor relationships across M365 and IT services suppliers
  • Overseeing licence renewals and contract reviews within the M365 estate
  • Acting as point of contact for existing MSP/IT services vendors, holding them to SLA and commercial terms
