Summary: The Lead Product Manager will define and deliver product strategy for partner-facing solutions within a global online marketplace in the food delivery technology and e-commerce sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for partner-facing products and services.

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Logistics, FinTech, Sales and Customer Operations teams.
  • Develop business cases and product strategies based on customer research, market trends and commercial priorities.
  • Define and monitor product success metrics, using data and analytics to guide prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Conduct product discovery with partners across multiple markets to identify needs and translate insights into scalable solutions.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and align multiple teams around strategic product objectives.
