Learning Delivery Advisor – Safety & Compliance

Summary: The Learning Delivery Advisor – Safety & Compliance is responsible for driving safety and compliance training initiatives through data-led insights and program optimization. This role involves delivering and optimizing learning programs, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learning effectiveness. The position requires a strong focus on data analytics and project management within a full-time, day rate contract setup. Occasional travel to London is expected, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days onsite and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and optimise safety & compliance learning programmes aligned to business objectives
• Analyse learning data using reporting tools to measure performance, ROI, and behavioural impact
• Manage learning plans and support implementation across learning management systems (LMS)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness and engagement
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional projects and promote a data-driven learning culture

Key Skills:

• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) with a strong data analytics focus
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience working with LMS and learning technologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
