Summary: The Learning Operations Specialist role involves supporting a busy Learning, Talent & Development team within a leading UK organization on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage learning administration and support Workday Learning.
  • Coordinate with training providers and handle learner requests.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of learning operations.
  • Manage training requests, learner records, and course administration.
  • Administer supplier coordination and PO/invoice processes.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Learning & Development Administration or Learning Operations.
  • Strong Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
  • Workday Learning experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary (Rate): £250 per day

We're Hiring | Learning Operations Specialist | Southampton | 6-Month Contract

I'm currently recruiting for a Learning Operations Specialist to join a leading UK organisation on a 6-month contract.

Location: Southampton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week onsite) - SO16 0AS
Rate: £200-£250 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Learning Operations professional to support a busy Learning, Talent & Development team. You'll be responsible for managing learning administration, supporting Workday Learning, coordinating with training providers, handling learner requests, and ensuring the smooth delivery of learning operations.

Key Requirements

Experience in Learning & Development Administration or Learning Operations
Strong Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Workday Learning experience is highly desirable
Experience managing training requests, learner records, and course administration
Supplier coordination and PO/invoice administration experience
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
