Locum SEN Lawyer
Summary: The Locum SEN Lawyer role involves providing expert legal advice and representation on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) matters for a Local Authority. The position requires managing complex tribunal cases and supporting the Council's statutory duties under relevant legislation. The successful candidate will also deliver training and provide advice across the SEND team. This is an ongoing locum position aimed at qualified lawyers with extensive SEN law experience.

Locum SEN Lawyer
We are currently supporting one of our long-standing Local Authority clients in recruiting an experienced SEN lawyer to join the team on an ongoing locum basis.
The role would be to act as the sole SEN lawyer for the Authority. Duties would include:
