Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on technical lead for Microsoft 365, focused on Power Platform and automation.
- Owning the setup, oversight, and technical direction for M365 capability, supporting a process automation programme.
- Acting as the technical point of contact between internal teams and third-party delivery partners.
- Leading design and enablement of solutions using both Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Supporting POC delivery for RPA/process automation with third parties.
- Providing direction and governance to external delivery partners.
- Validating designs, configurations, and outputs.
- Ensuring outputs are production-ready or scalable.
- Supporting rollout and enablement of M365 Copilot capability.
- Aligning configuration, controls, and use cases to business needs.

Key Skills:
