Major Incident Manager Location: Leeds Contract - Inside IR35 - 6 months
We're seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a large enterprise environment operating within a SIAM and multi-supplier model.
Key Requirements
- Experience working within a complex enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of SIAM and multi-supplier governance
- Proven ability to lead executive-level communications during major incidents
- Experience running Major Incident Reviews and Problem Management follow-ups
- Able to work effectively with minimal onboarding
- Track record of driving service improvement and process maturity
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate major incidents through to resolution.
- Manage communications with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate incident reviews and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Additional Information
24x7 out-of-hours cover required approximately one week per month.
