Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within cross-functional Digital Onboarding squad to scope, map and deliver engaging customer experiences across digital, CRM, content, print and wider channels.
  • Act as the key Brand & Marketing contact, coordinating requirements and delivery across teams.
  • Use data, insight and performance reporting to optimise marketing activity, customer outcomes and channel effectiveness.
  • Champion brand governance, Consumer Duty and regulatory requirements throughout planning, delivery and ongoing optimisation.
  • Lead content planning, journey design and CRM requirements, helping to build scalable and automated engagement capability.
  • Partner with the CRM optimisation Lead to drive best practice.

Key Skills:

  • Broad marketing experience, ideally gained within life, pensions or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, data-led engagement and journey design methodology.
  • Experience delivering journey-led communications and marketing plans through agile ways of working.
  • Confident using insight, performance data and reporting to make recommendations and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across specialist teams and influence delivery.
  • A strong customer focus, commercial judgement and commitment to delivering inclusive, brand-aligned communications.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join Royal London on a 12-month fixed term contract. Sitting within our Brand & Marketing function, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering digital-first customer engagement journeys that deepen relationships, support positive customer outcomes and bring our brand experience to life.
