Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operations of a busy in-house creative studio.
- Manage project workflows from brief through to final delivery.
- Coordinate creative resource planning, assigning work across the team based on capacity and priorities.
- Chase outstanding briefs and ensure projects are correctly scoped before entering production.
- Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Use Monday to manage workflows, project tracking and reporting.
- Proactively identify resource constraints and workflow bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

- Coordinate small video and photography shoots, including scheduling, logistics and supplier management.
