Summary: The Motion Designer role involves creating and delivering high-impact motion content for a Fintech client's in-house studio, focusing on social media and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and producing motion and static assets for paid social, display, web banners, and email.
  • Editing and delivering video content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Scaling and adapting creative across multiple formats, sizes, and channels without loss of quality.
  • Creating performance-focused assets that can be tested and optimized against metrics like CTR and engagement.
  • Using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro alongside generative image/video tools to deliver motion work efficiently.
  • Filming and assembling short-form video content for social and digital channels in collaboration with copywriters and channel teams.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working as a Motion Designer with a portfolio of delivered digital and social assets.
  • Strong skills across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience using AI tools throughout the creative process, with a clear view of their benefits and limits.
  • Background creating performance marketing assets, with an understanding of formats, specifications, and how creative impacts results.
  • Ability to produce social-first, platform-native content for short-form video channels.
  • Confidence filming, capturing footage, and editing short-form content for digital and social.

Motion Design - Marketing - Fintech - London Hybrid (2 days onsite)

I have an immediate opportunity for a Motion Designer to shape, animate and deliver high-impact motion content across social, YouTube and digital campaigns for a busy in-house studio with our Fintech client.

You'll own hands-on motion design and editing while helping scale creative for performance marketing at pace.
