- Full end-to-end payroll ownership — filings, BACs payments and query resolution
- Liaising with HR on joiners, leavers, and bank detail changes submitted via an in-house workflow into ADP iHCM
- Managing payroll queries during the first week of each month following processing
- Creating a payroll process handbook and documentation log
Key Skills:
- Hands-on ADP iHCM experience or experience with ADP
- Sole charge or small-company background with comfort taking full ownership
- Previous contract experience with a demonstrable ability to hit the ground running

This is a sole charge position requiring someone who can take full ownership of the payroll function from day one, with the possibility of an initial handover period. Alongside business-as-usual payroll processing, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a system migration project and help build out process documentation for the function.
