Summary: The PMO Analyst (SC Cleared) role involves supporting a busy programme environment by driving governance, compliance, and process improvement activities across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation, governance, and document control standards
  • Support remediation activities following audit findings
  • Assist with ongoing PMO and business-as-usual programme activities
  • Manage and improve key project and governance processes
  • Engage with stakeholders across the programme and wider business
  • Support training, process adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working within a PMO or governance-focused environment
  • Strong document management and document control experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or assurance activities

Salary (Rate): £511 per day
