Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery & Governance: Support end-to-end PMO services, maintaining high standards for reporting, control, and assurance.
  • Data & Insight: Drive the disciplined use of PMO tools to provide accurate, decision-ready data to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and introduce digital or automated solutions to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the wider team, managing stakeholder relationships and building trust through transparency.

Key Skills:

  • Experience: Proven track record in delivery assurance, project governance, and tracking multiple contracts.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and PMO data management tools.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management and process-simplification skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments or a qualification like P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, or PMQ.
