Summary: The Product Analyst will support a large-scale Customer Transformation Program aimed at modernizing customer platforms through enterprise integrations and cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Owner to manage and maintain the product backlog throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with backlog prioritization, refinement sessions, sprint planning, and user story preparation.
- Gather, analyze, document, and refine functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Ensure complete requirements traceability from business objectives through design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, business rules, workflows, dependencies, and process changes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and Delivery Leads to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions.
- Support impact assessments, change requests, and backlog updates as project priorities evolve.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track and maintain user stories, defects, enhancements, and technical tasks using Jira.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business objectives before development begins.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating requirements, assisting with test scenarios, and ensuring delivered functionality meets business expectations.
- Monitor backlog health and provide status updates regarding requirements readiness, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience supporting Agile software development teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience with backlog management, user story development, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and manage detailed business and functional requirements.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support a large-scale Customer Transformation Program focused on modernizing customer platforms through enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud-native applications, and event-driven architecture. This role will partner closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, traceable, and ready for development.
The Product Analyst will play a key role in backlog management, requirements refinement, user story development, and ensuring complete traceability of business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. Project Overview
This enterprise-wide Customer Transformation initiative is modernizing customer operations by implementing middleware, APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven integrations connecting numerous enterprise systems. The Product Analyst will support product planning and delivery by helping manage the product backlog, refining requirements, maintaining traceability, and coordinating closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful execution of the integration roadmap.
