Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities across housing/construction programmes, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively tracked and communicated.
  • Support project managers with planning, reporting, and governance, including maintaining RAID logs, project documentation, and status updates.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across workstreams.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules, proactively identifying risks, issues, and delays, and helping to drive resolutions.
  • Bring prior experience within the housing or construction sector, with an understanding of industry processes, terminology, and project environments.
