Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of overhead line works and associated project interfaces.
  • Manage a mobile substation project, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget and quality targets.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and supply chain partners.
  • Manage project interfaces, dependencies, risks and programme deliverables.
  • Oversee NEC3 contract administration, change control and commercial governance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • Engage with stakeholders across engineering, construction, operations, commercial and planning functions.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transmission, utilities, infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Strong interface management experience across multiple projects and contractors.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 contracts, project controls, governance and risk management.
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant HSE legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction or Project Management.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major transmission infrastructure programme. The role will focus on overhead line upgrades, network tie-ins, and the delivery of a mobile substation project.
