Summary: The role of Project Manager focuses on leading a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programme within a prominent organization in South Wales. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the DLP programme, from planning through to rollout
- Use data and insights from Purview to shape a targeted change and comms strategy
- Identify stakeholder impacts and drive engagement at all levels, including senior leadership
- Roll out classification, labelling, and DLP policies across M365 (email first, then mobile/endpoints)
- Partner closely with comms teams to deliver clear, effective messaging
- Ensure smooth adoption of new controls on data usage, email, and mobile applications
- Maintain strong governance and alignment with data protection standards
Key Skills:
- Proven Project Manager with experience in business change-focused delivery
- Background in data, security, compliance, or similar transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in
- Experience rolling out changes around data classification, retention, or usage controls
- Solid understanding of M365 environments
