Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the master programme plan across all active security workstreams: NAA remediation, software download restrictions, vulnerability remediation, and USB data transfer controls
- Maintain the programme Gantt chart, ensuring task owners, dependencies, milestones and target dates stay accurate and current
- Track progress against key milestones and manage cross-workstream dependencies with InfoSec, Active Directory teams, ServiceNow and external vendors
- Maintain a live risk and issue log, escalating blockers to senior stakeholders in a timely, structured manner
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives for an agile pod of OT Security Engineers
- Manage the team's work backlog, prioritising against programme milestones and stakeholder commitments
- Coordinate workload distribution across site partners, balancing coverage and tracking site-specific dependencies
What You Will Ideally Bring
- Strong command of programme planning tools and techniques - Gantt charts, risk logs, RAID registers, dependency mapping, milestone tracking
- Proficiency in project management tooling such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or equivalent
- Familiarity with both agile (Scrum/Kanban) and waterfall delivery approaches, with the ability to blend them as needed
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present programme health clearly to senior leadership
- Strong meeting facilitation skills, including running structured stand-ups, planning sessions and risk reviews across distributed/time-zone teams
- Ability to build credibility quickly with both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders

- Rate: £460/day - Inside IR35
