Project Manager x3 - Transformation Projects
Summary: The role involves hiring three experienced Project Managers for a major transformation programme focused on delivering complex engineering and technology projects within a critical infrastructure environment. Candidates should have a strong background in engineering-led transformation and experience in IT and systems integration projects. The position requires leading projects from initiation to delivery while managing various aspects such as budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aberdeen for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and governance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Drive effective planning, reporting, commercial oversight and project controls.
- Support business change and ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
Key Skills:
- APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent Project Management qualification.
- Proven experience delivering complex engineering or infrastructure projects, with some IT/project integration exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier/vendor management skills.
- Excellent planning, budgeting and risk management capability.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Experience within highly regulated or safety-critical environments would be advantageous.
Salary (Rate): £600 per day

We're looking for three experienced Project Managers to join a major transformation programme delivering complex engineering and technology projects within a critical infrastructure environment.
This role is ideal for Project Managers with a strong background in engineering-led transformation, with exposure to IT and systems integration projects. You'll lead projects from initiation through to delivery, managing budgets, risks, stakeholders and suppliers while ensuring successful implementation of new capabilities and ways of working.
