What You’ll Do:

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind improving quality standards within the Small Gas Turbine (SGT) business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Problem Solving: Coach teams on root cause analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.
• Improving Processes: Enhance tools and processes related to non-conformance management.
• Training: Provide training on problem-solving tools and techniques to enhance team capabilities.
• Governance Support: Offer guidance and governance for non-conformance management across the business.
• Culture Enhancement: Collaborate with functional leads to foster a quality-driven culture.

You’ll work closely with SGT teams and the central quality team to streamline non-conformance processes, ensuring visibility and accountability throughout the organisation.

Essential Skills:

• Confident communicator with the ability to prepare persuasive presentations.

Desirable Skills:

• Background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Understanding of quality management systems.

Qualifications:

• Graduate calibre candidate required.
• Experience in problem-solving and leading investigations using formal techniques.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and provide training.
• Strong data interpretation skills and familiarity with metrics.

Bonus Experience:

• Proposing and implementing quality-related solutions.
• Familiarity with non-conformance management processes.
• Experience delivering structured improvement projects.
• Knowledge of data tools (e.g., Tableau) and non-conformance software.
